Deal Closing: Once financing agreements are signed, we earn the agreed finder's fee.
Optional Post-Closing Liaison: If requested, we remain as a local liaison for reporting, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management, compensated via a fixed retainer or percentage of disbursed funds.
